At present, we provide product delivery only within India.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has major manufacturing defects
  • The parcel was tampered with before delivery

To be eligible, the request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Digital books, downloadable materials, or online services
  • Change-of-mind purchases (unless approved at our discretion)

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Contact number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product/package (if damaged or incorrect)

After review, we will guide you through the next steps.

4. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

  • Damaged books
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Missing items from shipment

Replacement availability depends on stock status.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved when:

  • Replacement is unavailable
  • Wrong item cannot be replaced
  • Order was canceled before dispatch
  • Return is verified and accepted

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking system.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
  • If return shipping is required due to our mistake, we may bear or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.

Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order will fall under the return policy after delivery.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Any refund may be subject to deduction of shipping and handling charges.

10. Digital Products / Services

Digital products, downloadable content, subscriptions, and online services are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless required by law.
