About the Author
Born on November 29, 1936, Bibhudutta Mishra was the first person to get an M.Phil. degree in Odia literature. He taught Odia literature in many colleges of Odisha. His poetry collections include Urbashira Chithi (1961), He Sarathi, Ratha Rakha (1963), Shaheti Sonnet (1965), Bismrutira Smruti (1981), Suparnara sangita (1990) and Kabita Bibhudutta (2000). Other than poetry, he has published five collections of essays, one novel and an autobiography Mun Bibhudutta Kahuchhi. He died on February 23, 2003.
